This movie is of hdrkid using a plasma ball with his HDR. Steven Gibbs says that the a big plasma ball can work like a cheap Tesla coil in generating the zero vector. It is the zero vector that allows the HDR to home in on the signal. Find out more about HDR plasma globes.
We all have seen the Tesla Coil, but those units cost hundreds or even thousand of dollars, contrawise the plasma ball costs only twenty bucks at the mall. Funny, they don't sell Tesla coils at the mall, you have to special order them over the internet and wait weeks for delivery.
